Palmer Civil Construction (PCC) has long been recognised as a premier earthmoving and excavation specialist based in WA’s Great Southern region. Our operations include civil construction, materials processing, heavy haulage, plant hire and vegetation management. Currently PCC operates a workforce of over 40 people in roles that include:
