Design and Construct Retaining Wall

The scope of work included:

• the design, bulk earthworks, and construction of a pre-cast concrete retaining wall of approximately 105 metres in length along the southern boundary of the site;
• obtain certification from an appropriately qualified engineer that the proposed retaining wall was capable of withstanding the movement of large buses (weighing up to 11 tonnes) within close proximity to the wall edge without subsidence, displacement or cracking;
• provision of clean land fill to the area within the retaining walls;
• remove and re-install storm water as necessary;
• install appropriate kerbing along the boundary to direct water run off to storm water grates;
• removal and replacement of existing boundary fence.
