Murray’s Gravel Pit - Gravel Production

Client: Fulton Hogan and Main Roads
Region: Great Southern WA

The Scope of work included:

  • removal of 150mm of topsoil and store in neat symmetric stockpiles; and
  • quarry, crush and screen approximately 31,000 m3of 60mm minus gravel base course materials to Main Roads specifications.

Department of Main Roads are currently improving the roads in the Great Southern region in accordance with the Government’s Black Spot Program. This material will be used in the construction phase.
