The Scope of work included:
- removal of 150mm – 200mm topsoil and overburden as specified;
- quarry and crush approximately 24,000 m3 of 75mm minus gravel and stockpile;
- quarry, crush and screen approximately 6,500 m3 of 37mm minus gravel and stockpile;
- quarry and crush approximately 15,000 m3 of limestone to 75mm minus and stockpile; and
- track crush with dozer and push up approximately 15,000 m3 of material and stockpile.
The material produced for this contract will be used for a variety of Local Government road construction regimes and re-sheeting programmes to make our roads safer for the local community.
